The People

One of the major benefits of the National Arts Fundraising School are the people. That doesn't only include the expert trainers, but also the guest speakers and you, the participants.

The School gives you the opportunity to learn from three expert fundraising consultants with over 50 years of experience between them.

This year, we're delighted to welcome guest speakers; Jenny Oppenheimer from The Pilgrims Trust and Howard Lake from UK Fundraising. They'll be sharing insights in to how to make successful grants applications and how to use new digital media in your fundraising.

The networking opportunities on the programme are invaluable. You will have the opportunity to learn from each other's experiences and knowledge. The network you make on the School continues to develop after you leave the programme, when you become part of the "NAFS Alumni".

The School was inspirational and a lot of fun. We learned the skills to make ourselves and our organisations stand out from the crowd, whether making a case, giving a presentation or simply telling a story. I would definitely recommend the National Arts Fundraising School to anyone involved in fundraising or fundraising communications.
