Research and consultation

Sometimes capacity building is linked to a wider set of organisational priorities. Maybe you're trying to define where you're going as an organisation, expanding your service delivery, re-structuring teams or engaging a new set of beneficiaries. We can help ensure your learning and development programme fits in with wider organisational priorities – offering a more flexible approach, whether it's through specialised consultancy, research and consultation or benchmarking against best practice.

For example, Capability Scotland undertook a major review of their vision and mission, and as part of this we helped them design a survey to ask 4,000 service users – the carers – what skills and abilities staff should have.

Our experienced learning and development consultants can work alongside our management or fundraising consultancy teams to help ensure that investment in your people is truly ‘joined up' to the bigger organisational picture.

=mc has a wealth and breadth of knowledge, a terrific understanding and vast experience of the ethos and culture of the not-for-profit sector. This together with their 'anything is possible' approach made =mc an obvious choice for the RNLI to partner with, to develop and deliver in-house training for our staff.
