Linking to the 'real world'

The best training will be highly relevant to participants and their work – using exercises and examples that relate to what they're doing day-to-day.

=mc's learning and development consultants have substantial experience of designing experiential training sessions. We worked with the RNLI to design rescue simulation exercises to help their coxswains link people management theory to the practical, real-life challenges they face. We also won the coveted National Training Award in 2008 for the 24-hour simulation exercise we designed with Plan International to develop their international managers.

We can work with you to research the specific challenges and experiences of your people, and design creative and challenging activities and training sessions for learning that relates right back to the real-world.
