Our gifted team of Learning and Development consultants can help improve the skills and capacities of your staff - from front liners to senior staff. Projects range from a week long leadership programme in India to a three year management development initiative. We've worked with Government departments, local authorities, UN agencies, charities and arts and cultural organisations to deliver transformation through:

Talent development: working with high achievers to stretch them or with emerging managers to create tomorrow's managers

Leadership Growth: improving the capacity of managers to create positive change, set new directions and engage ther teams

Personal Effectiveness: ensuring staff members are able to communicate, manage projects, work as one team and make an impact

Our training and development work has helped major agencies from the RNLI to the Royal Shakespeare Company and the British Museum.
