You can analyse the immediate impact of learning and development on participants by using online or paper surveys and questionnaires to derive quantitative feedback.
=mc staff collate feedback from sessions and produce a report on each programme. These are analysed by senior =mc staff and fed into regular reviews with our customers. They enable you to track the impact of programmes and ensure that we constantly improve design and delivery.
