Before joining =mc, Julia was Deputy Director of Fundraising for Action for Children (formerly NCH).

Before joining =mc, Sarah developed and delivered global leadership programmes in both the commercial and non-profit sector.

Chris Penney, Learning and Development ConsultantChris specialises in Project Management and Leadership Development. He also has skills in presentation and vocal impact.
Before joining =mc Chris delivered training and coaching for organisations as diverse as the Office for National Statistics, the NHS, the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Diana Memorial Fund. He has also previously worked for the Health Foundation and the Arts Council.

Natasha Okonkwo, Learning and Development ConsultantNatasha specialises in leadership and management. She is currently developing and delivering leadership and management programmes for the RNLI.
Before joining =mc Natasha worked for several years in the not-for-profit sector, in the fields of mental health and disability, and she has commercial experience in HR. Most recently she worked for the Mental Health Providers Forum where she delivered training for members.
