At the moment

I am currently developing and delivering a range of management and leadership programmes. These include programmes tailored to address organisation’s specific challenges, as well as running =mc’s open training programmes.

Before =mc

Before joining =mc I worked for 12 years within the international not-for-profit sector for organisations such as Plan International and WSPA. Most recently at WSPA I was responsible for creating a development programme for partner organisations to help build their effectiveness and long-term sustainability. This initially involved assisting the organisations to run a self assessment of their capacity. They were then provided with training and development on a wide range of management issues, including: strategic planning, board development, leadership, fundraising etc.

Working with these organisations from all over the world was really enlightening, especially the fact that such different groups faced so many similar challenges. It was inspiring to see the tangible impact that organisation development can have – not just by increasing effectiveness but also by improving motivation, participation and morale.

Now at =mc I am hugely enjoying the opportunity to help not-for-profit organisations become more effective and enable them to get the most out of their people.
