Alex has over ten years of fundraising experience in strategic corporate, trust, community and particularly major donor fundraising.

Quinn is an expert in strategic management and campaign design, with experience in both the not-for-profit and for-profit world.

She is currently working on an innovation project for WaterAid and helping Age UK review their fundraising operations post merger.

Clare is an accredited MBTI coach. She works extensively in Europe and the USA specialising in presentation, influence and communication skills.

Clare has developed cases for a number of fundraising campaigns including NSPCC, UNICEF & Communitas Brazil. She was also a lead figure in developing the emergency fundraising response to the London bombings on 7/7.

Usha Menon

 Usha Menon, Director, =mc|Asia

Usha Menon specialises in Asian market entry, resource mobilisation and fundraising.

She has over 20 years experience in the not-for-profit sector, and most recently held a senior position at Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI). She was chairperson of the International Board of the Resource Alliance from 2004–2007.

Usha is based in Singapore and fluent in English and Hindi.

Lucimara Letelier specializes in communications strategy, organisational structure, board development institutional positioning and fundraising planning.

Isabella Navarro

Isabella Navarro, Senior Consultant, =mc|Mexico

Isabella specialises in higher educational work, capital campaigns, and fundraising in South America.

She has over 20 years of not-for-profit experience. She was founder and coordinator of the Communications and Fundraising Department at Caritas de Monterrey for 10 years. For the last 13 years she has been Director of Development at the University of Monterrey (UDEM).
