 David Segal


David is the president of Management Center USA. David worked for 22 years in senior management positions for leading international companies before dedicating himself to the non-profit sector in 1999.

He graduated with an MBA from London's CASS Business School before working in business development and held marketing roles in Polaroid, Fuji and DuPont.

He has spent the last 6 years working for the Management Centre in both the management consulting and training operations.

An expert in knowledge management, strategy and fundraising, he has developed successful strategies for growth in the organizations he has helped. David has also established the Management Centre as a leading knowledge management specialist in the not-for-profit sector.

David Segal has real world problem solving and organizational turn-around experience in business and not-for-profit sectors. This means the advice he gives is based on practical and achievable outcomes.

Penny Cagney, Senior Consultant

 


Penelope Cagney is =mc|USA's senior consultant. She has extensive experience in fundraising, planning and communications and is a skilled facilitator.

For more than 20 years she has consulted in North America, Europe and North Africa. She has worked with the National Cultural Centre of Egypt, the Joffrey Ballet of Chicago and the Charities Aid Foundation, London. She began her management career at one of the largest non-profit organizations in Chicago, Rush Medical Center. 

Penelope has taught postgraduate management courses at the School of the Art Institute, Chicago, and was a distinguished visiting professor in arts management at American University in Cairo, Egypt.
