At the moment

I am supporting a large project for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). =mc is working with the IFRC to create a global fundraising strategy.

Recently, I have also completed:

  • Competitor analysis for PRS for Music Members Benevolent Fund
  • Benchmarking consultation for the fundraising department at Sue Ryder Care
  • Desk-based research for Alzheimer's Society to identify transformational non-profit organisations 

 

Before =mc

I was a management consultant with a large global consultancy, Accenture. I specialised in change enablement and worked with government clients, including HM Prison Service, the Home Office and DEFRA, and non-profit organisations, including GrameenPhone in Bangladesh.

Prior to being a consultant, I worked in education in the UK and overseas. I've been a teaching assistant for children with special needs in South Shields, and an English teacher in Vietnam. I also worked for education charities, including the Workers' Educational Association and a local arts education charity in Bristol.
