Q. Where can you deliver your in-house training?
We can deliver all of our training programmes in-house or at a venue of your choice. We can also deliver training at our own venue, in Clapham, London.
Q. I want training that's different from your standard programmes. Can you customise training ?
A. All of our training programmes can be tailored to address the training needs, issues and processes unique to your organisation.
After consultation with you and your team, expert =mc trainers can modify elements of programmes, add new components or combine two or more courses into an integrated programme.
We also have significant experience of creating totally bespoke programmes to fit with specific criteria.
Q. How will you make training relevant to my staff?
A. The real-life application of =mc in-house training is a key benefit.
Our tailored or bespoke training addresses specific needs that you have identified and is immediately relevant back in the workplace.
Participants will work on live issues and projects, and develop skills and approaches they can use straight away on their return to work with measurable, personal and organisational outcomes.
Q. How do you evaluate your training?
A. We place particular emphasis on evaluation in all our work. Each participant is asked to complete a detailed questionnaire after the programme.
This is analysed by training and support staff at =mc and shared with you, the sponsoring body, to ensure the training met your needs and our rigorous quality standards. It also enables us to continually improve programme content, trainer input and customer service here at =mc.
Q. Do you have an equal opportunities and diversity policy?
A. =mc is an equal opportunities organisation and we recognise the importance of equal opportunities to our customers.
All of our consulting and training staff are required to be sensitive to the issues of culture, disability, gender, race and sexuality. These requirements are reinforced and built into our:
- contracts
- staff inductions and training
- appraisal and supervision
- codes of practice
In addition, =mc has significant experience of working cross-culturally and helping develop diversity awareness.
