What opportunities are there for promotion as a consultant? |
| You can expect within two years to be a senior consultant, responsible for coaching others, winning significant business, and managing major projects. And within three years to be managing project teams. But there is no limit to how quickly you progress. |

Who are your customers? |
| We work with many major organisations including Amnesty International, Oxfam, NSPCC, Macmillan Cancer Support, UK Film Council, the Children’s Society, UNICEF, UNAIDS and UNESCO. We also work with a number of local authorities and governmental agencies. Click here to see our list of customers. |
What is the interview process like? |
| We normally have group interview first, to establish your ability to interact well with others and cope in a range of situations. We then usually do one or two individual interviews with a case study or practical presentation as the focus. The aim of the interview process is to allow you the chance to show us you at your best. |
What initial training will I get? |
