Welcome to the =mc Thought Leadership Series

Ideas, inspiration, insight and intersections for not-for-profit leaders

If you're a senior manager and a thought leader, join us in an intimate environment to meet and discuss the reality of your role with candour and in confidence.

This series of half-day seminars provides leaders a fast-track into three of the biggest issues facing contemporary not-for-profit leadership: change, strategy and innovation. Your thinking will be challenged, your tool-kit enhanced, your networks expanded and you'll leave empowered, re-energised and inspired.

  Group with hands up

An organisation needs a clear sense of purpose, shared by all staff and stakeholders, which takes account of the external environment as well as internal values. Otherwise, enthusiasm and effort will be dissipated, reducing the impact of the strategy. Sightsavers has put a lot of time and effort into defining its strategy and measuring progress. We are still on that journey, but I would like to share with you our experience so far!
